If you are testing at an institution or at a school testing center (in-person or online remote proctored), your TEAS transcript that was included in your TEAS Exam registration is automatically sent to that school/location. You cannot choose an alternate school for your submission of this transcript.

You may send the transcript following the completion of your TEAS exam by logging into your student account at and selecting SEND TRANSCRIPT under TEAS ACTIVITY or by selecting the MY RESULTS tab and clicking SEND TRANSCRIPT below your scored proctored TEAS exam results.

If you are applying to more than one school, you will need to purchase additional transcripts or transcript credits for those submissions. A Transcript can only be sent to an Institution one time. If your Institution is asking you to re-send your scores, you will not be able to do so. The Institution can pull results from their ATI account if your scores were officially submitted.

One free transcript is included with your TEAS exam registration. You will need to purchase an additional transcript if you plan to send your TEAS results to more than one school. Please make sure you check with the school(s) where you will be sending results prior to purchasing an additional transcript. Some schools will not accept test results from TEAS exams taken outside of their institution.

An Ohio University transcript is the official record of a student's enrollment at Ohio University, including all undergraduate, graduate and medical college courses and degrees. At the request of the student, the transcript may be a comprehensive record of all coursework and degrees or may be limited to 1) undergraduate coursework and all degrees, or 2) graduate coursework and all degrees, or 3) medical coursework and all degrees. Ohio University transcripts are printed on security paper with the transcript key on the back or are made available as secure electronic documents with a transcript key included. Note: PDF transcripts are only available for students enrolled after Fall Quarter 1985-86 and thereafter.

Because all academic transcripts are official, an "unofficial transcript" cannot be ordered. Only when a student orders an "official transcript" (paper copy) being mailed to a US college or university for admissions purposes, can they request that an "unofficial transcript" be faxed to the admissions office to facilitate the admission process. We will mail the official transcript to the same institution as a follow-up for verification purposes. The student must provide the fax number when making the order and include instructions to fax an "unofficial transcript." Please note, if you have a hold on your account, preventing an "official transcript" from being sent, we cannot fax the "unofficial transcript." Please visit -fees-and-holds for more information.

Once logged in, you will be taken to the Parchment website. Here you will order your Ohio University Transcript. We recommend creating an account with parchment, so you may easily order and track your transcript orders. This company has a contract with Ohio University to provide this service to our students and alumni.

Paper Transcripts can be sent same day by selecting Transcript-Now. Transcript-Now is available for an additional fee of $10.00 per transcript. Transcript-Now service requests are processed with one (1) business day after the fully authorized request and fee payment are received, as long as the information is received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Please note: when ordering online there is an additional service charge of $2.35 per transcript, and 5% credit card transaction fee. All fees must be paid by credit card. Be assured that Parchment uses encryption technology to keep your information secure.

Information Privacy Policy/Automatic AuthorizationOhio University information privacy policy requires that you provide the school with a signed form authorizing release of your academic transcript before your order can be processed.

Transcript requests are normally processed within three (3) business days after receipt of the request. To request your transcript by mail, complete, and fax or mail us your transcript request form [PDF] with payment (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF reader) or write a letter to us requesting your transcript. Please do not email your transcript request form due to credit card information needed on the request.

The fee for paper transcripts mailed within three (3) business days is $10.00 per transcript (plus applicable fees for online requests). The fee for a secure electronic or XML (XML is only available to undergraduate admissions office of Ohio public institutions through June 2023) transcripts is $8.00 per transcript (plus applicable fees for online requests).

Faster service (Transcripts-Now) is available for an additional fee of $10.00 per transcript. Transcripts-Now service requests are processed within one (1) business day after the request and fee payment are received. Requests may be made at the Office of the Registrar by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Requests/payments may also be mailed to Office of the University Registrar, Ohio University, Athens, OH 45701-2979. Mail orders are payable by check, money order or credit card. Credit card information must include type of card, account number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the card, and must be used for payment with faxed requests.

Certain users of transcripts, such as college admissions offices, require that transcripts be mailed directly to them and refuse hand-carried transcripts. Some users require validated envelopes, which we provide if requested initially. Any additions/changes after delivery will require a new request and fee payment.

We do NOT fax transcripts. However, if you place an order for your transcript to be sent to another college or university within the United States, we will fax an unofficial copy of your transcript to the college or university to facilitate the admissions process, along with the paper copy of your transcript.

Processing DelaysIf requested in writing, processing may be delayed until current term grades or degrees are posted, otherwise, transcripts will usually be processed within three (3) business days. Transcripts will not be processed if financial obligations ("holds") exist for the student.

You do not need to sign up for CAS when you register for the LSAT, but you should sign up at least four to six weeks before your first law school application deadline. It takes approximately two weeks to process a transcript once we receive it.

If you have not been enrolled at UA-PTC in the last two semesters and no longer have access to your un-official transcript, please complete a Document Request Form. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment.

Official transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. Transcripts may be ordered for electronic delivery, first class mail, or for pick up in the Office of the University Registrar.

Transcripts will not be furnished to any student who has a financial hold on their account. The 1988 Virginia Debt Collection Act, Section 2.1-735, prohibits release of transcripts to any individual who owes a past due debt to a state agency.

There is no software installation for anyone ordering an electronic transcript. A copy of the free Adobe Reader 9 or higher must be installed on the recipient's computer. The recipient has three options to retain the transcript:

You may choose to expedite your transcript mailing by purchasing a priority mail express label or a priority mail label through the United States Postal Service and providing it to our office for mailing. If you do not expedite your mailing, your transcript will mail 1st class mail with no tracking. Please follow these instructions for expediting your mailing: Email with your Transcript Order number at the time you complete your transcript request to let us know you will be expediting your transcript mailing. We will place a memo to hold for your USPS label. This must be done the same day of the transcript request.

You may choose to expedite your international transcript mailing by arranging a shipment through the courier service DHL. They will pick up your transcript(s) shipment in our office. If you do not expedite your mailing through DHL, your transcript(s) will be mailed 1st Class USPS Air mail with no tracking. Please follow these instructions for purchasing DHL shipping services.

Physical Virginia Tech transcripts can be notarized by the university at no additional cost. Note that an electronic transcript cannot be notarized. The transcript must be sent directly to the Academic Certification Team in the Office of the University Registrar for notarization. A transcript already in the possession of the student cannot be notarized. The notarized transcript and the original transcript will be returned directly to the student or an authorized third party by mail or in-person pick-up.
